A few days ago, we reported that Tesla had introduced the new Gemini Dark Wheels for the Model Y at a substantial $500 price tag. However, it appears Tesla has swiftly changed course, as the Gemini Dark Wheels have now become the standard wheel option for the Model Y.
In this update, Tesla has also discontinued the original Gemini Wheels. This leaves only the Gemini Dark and Induction Wheels as the available options. Unfortunately, those who preferred a touch of silver in their wheel design are now out of luck. Nevertheless, for those still wanting a bit of silver on their wheels, the official Tesla Gemini Wheel covers can still be purchased from the Tesla Shop here.
