In the dynamic world of Tesla software updates, changes can happen swiftly. Just recently, Tesla announced an important shift for users stuck on software update 2024.3.25 (FSD 12.3.6). These users are now being updated to version 2024.14. This decision comes as a result of unforeseen issues with the initially planned update, FSD 12.4.1.
Originally, users on 2024.3.25 were set to receive the FSD 12.4.1 update. However, complications with this release have led to a delay, pushing Tesla to find an alternative solution. To ensure users don’t miss out on all the new exciting upgrades in Tesla’s V12 Spring Update, Tesla has opted to upgrade these users to version 2024.14 instead, which includes all the aforementioned updates included in V12.
While some may have anticipated the direct jump to FSD 12.4.1, the current delay underscores Tesla’s dedication to delivering a polished and reliable driving experience.
As always, Tesla is focused on refining their software and ensuring that any potential issues are resolved before broader rollout.
